  This one inside the Target and I'm not sure if that's why, but the employees were not friendly, seemed to hate their jobs, and worked very slowly despite a long line. We stopped them from making our drinks with regular milk instead of soy milk (even though they repeated the order back to us a minute before) and after running out of caramel one of the employees said "we don't have any more caramel for your drinks" in a tone that seemed as if it was an inconvenience to HER. She couldn't even apologize. Neither of the baristas could smile the entire time we were there (20 minutes or so). It just wasn't my best experience at Starbucks.

  Let see..they were out of salt for the salted caramel drink I wanted, their expresso machine was out of order and it was buy -one- get-one free drinks and I asked her if I could buy one, run across the street to get my car that was being repaired ( bc I didn't want to lug 2 drinks across traffic) and she said "NO".  Really? I can't return in 10 minutes to pick it up?  I left and went to the location on Wilshire and got everything I wanted!  Overall a terrible experience.
